一、项目背景民和县位于青海省海东市,青海与甘肃两省交界处,是青海省东部门户、兰西经济区地理中心,以工贸、物流、旅游为主要职能。兰新高铁的建成开通给民和带来了新的发展机遇,上位城市总体规划将西侧新建高铁站纳入城市空间结构,围绕高铁站布局城市发展核心区及城市公共轴线。2013年编制了核心区的控规与城市设计。本轮研究范围为核心区的核心部分——公共轴线两侧地块,面积1.75平方公里。对核心空间进行导则指引与方案深化。
I. Project Background Minhe County is located in Haidong City, Qinghai Province, at the junction of Qinghai Province and Gansu Province. It is the gateway to the east of Qinghai Province and the geographic center of Lanxi Economic Zone. Its main functions are industry and trade, logistics and tourism. The construction of Lan-Xin High-speed Rail will bring new development opportunities to Minhe. The overall plan of upper-level cities will include the newly constructed high-speed rail station on the west side into the urban spatial structure and focus on the layout of core areas of urban development and the urban public axis of high-speed railway stations. In 2013, the core area of regulatory and urban design was prepared. The current round of research covers the core of the core area - on both sides of the public axis, an area of 1.75 square kilometers. Conduct guidance and plan deepening for core space.
