我叫王俊丽,1968年11月出生,1980年8月参加工作,现为兵团一建设备管理站模板维修班班长。 作为班长,我对班组每一位成员的质量要求都很严,因为我心里明白一个理,质量差的模板会给施工单位带来很多麻烦,造成合模不严实,墙体平整度差等陪多问题,所以我始终严把质量关。 在模板维修数量和维修质量上,我追求的是质量的完美,几乎每天都比别人多干半小时,用延长工作时间的办法来弥补数量上的不足。
