综述红霉素对胃肠运动影响的机理和临床研究，低剂量可用于治疗胃肠运动迟缓相关性疾病，探讨了临床用其抗感染时的胃肠反应的原因。
This review summarizes the mechanism and clinical research of erythromycin on gastrointestinal motility. The low dose can be used to treat the gastrointestinal motility related diseases, and the reason of gastrointestinal reaction in clinical use is discussed.
