研究了在 HAc- Na Ac缓冲体系中痕量Ni( )催化 KCl O3氧化还原型若丹明 B( RRh B)的显色反应 ,反应受温度、时间影响 ,冷却及加入抗坏血酸可终止反应。基于此 ,建立了一种测定痕量Ni( )的新方法。结果表明在 p H 4 .5~ 6.0的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中具有高灵敏的显色反应 ,方法的检出限为 4 .3× 10 -11g/ m L,催化程度与 Ni( )量在 0~ 0 .0 60 mg/ L范围内符合比耳定律。本法结合萃取分离 ,成功地测定了煤矸石中的微量镍。
The color reaction of KCl O3 redox-type Rhodamine B (RRh B) catalyzed by trace Ni (superscript 2 +) in HAc-Na Ac buffer system was studied. The reaction was influenced by temperature and time. Cooling and addition of ascorbic acid could terminate the reaction. Based on this, a new method for the determination of trace Ni () has been established. The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 4. 3 × 10 -11 g / m L in the HAc-Na Ac buffer solution of p H 4 .5-6.0. The catalytic activity was in good agreement with the Ni Beer’s law is in the range of 0-0.060 mg / L. This method combined with extraction and separation, the successful determination of trace amounts of coal gangue nickel.
