本文提出一有特制的全息光栅参与组成的具有强抗干扰能力、适用于非隔振条件下实时云纹干涉法试验光路,并详述了它的原理和特点。试验在非隔振条件下得到动载复合材料带孔板试件实时观测记录的云纹干涉系列条纹图;还将云纹干涉试验与电测试验结果进行了比较与分析,两者的一致性证实云纹干涉法试验结果是可靠的。此光路也适用于现场实测。试验结果还说明复合材料边缘有提高应变集中系数的效应。
In this paper, we propose a special holographic grating with strong anti-interference ability, which is suitable for real-time moiré test optical path under non-vibration isolation conditions. The principle and characteristics of this method are described in detail. In the non-vibration condition, real-time observing and recording moiré interference stripe pattern of dynamic composite bearing perforated plate specimen is also obtained. The comparison and analysis of moire interference test and electrical test result are also carried out. Confirmed moire interferometry test results are reliable. This light path is also suitable for field measurement. The test results also show the effect of increasing the strain concentration factor at the edge of the composite.
