本文通过分析世界不同地区在金融危机前后林产品产量、出口和需求等指标,根据联合国欧洲经济委员会和联合国粮食及农业组织2009年8月发布的《林产品市场年度评论》(2008—2009)中相关的公开共享数据,科学地分析金融危机对世界和中国林业产业及中国桉树种植业的影响,并提出克服影响的建议,以解决传统的森林经理学和桉树决策支持系统无法处理的突发事件对桉树生产的影响。
