针对目前成人高等教育学生档案数据量大、分散、异动频繁等难管理的局面,提出要从根本上提高管理人员素质,规范化管理,抓住当今计算机网络技术新浪潮的契机,通过建立完整的、规范的学生学籍档案管理平台,提升创新服务,实现对成人学生档案管理的先进性、时效性和科学性。
Aiming at the current difficult situation of difficult management such as large amount of data, divergence and frequent change of student files in adult higher education, this paper puts forward that it is necessary to fundamentally improve the quality of management personnel, standardize the management and grasp the new tide of computer network technology. By establishing a complete, Standardize the student status file management platform to enhance innovative services to achieve the advanced, timely and scientific management of adult student files.
