我国即将恢复“国际关税与贸易总协定”缔约国地位,这给我国发展外向型经济带来了一个千载难逢的机遇。它将使我国的产品在所有关贸总协定100多个缔约国和地区之间相互享有多边的、无条件的、稳定的最惠国待遇。对此,国内外有识之士都非常关注,我们物资企业也应予以足够的重视并作好相应的准备,方能在更趋激烈的市场竞争中捕捉机遇,立于不败之地。
China is about to resume its status as a party to the “General Agreement on International Tariffs and Trade,” which has brought a golden opportunity to China’s development of an export-oriented economy. It will allow China’s products to enjoy multilateral, unconditional and stable most-favored-nation treatment among more than 100 States parties and regions of the relevant General Trade Agreement. In this regard, people of insight at home and abroad are very concerned about, and our material companies should also pay enough attention and make appropriate preparations in order to capture opportunities in an increasingly fierce market competition and remain invincible.
