为了获得优质压铸件,压铸模的浇口系统应当能使金属液在填充型腔时呈最佳流动形态。理想的流动形态应当具备下列四个条件: 1.无湍流。 2.连续地填充,金属液不弥散、不分离。 3.顺序地填充,不造成低压区。 4.金属液不汇集、不碰撞。 内浇口的位置、导流方式(内浇口与横浇道的连接方式)、内浇口截面积大小以及形状对金属液的流动形态有决定性的影响。
In order to obtain high-quality die-casting, die-casting gate system should be able to make the metal liquid in the cavity filling the best flow patterns. The ideal flow pattern should meet the following four conditions: 1. No turbulence. 2. Continuous filling, metal liquid is not dispersed, not separated. 3. Fill sequentially, do not cause low pressure area. 4. Metal does not pool, do not collide. The location of the gate, the way of diversion (the connection between the gate and the runner), the size of the gate and the shape of the gate have a decisive influence on the flow pattern of the molten metal.
