人类活动加剧,自然环境变迁,水土流失问题在某些区域愈演愈烈,然而随着经济发展,环境意识增强,人们迫切需要找到合适的办法改善生态环境,防止水土流失。过去,防止侵蚀和泥沙冲积作为工程的一部分,是在已砍伐或退化地区植树造林。现在更多坡面工程实施,会更加科学的满足环境需要,而且对流域的生态经济系统做出有利影响。
With the intensification of human activities, the change of the natural environment and the problem of water and soil erosion in some areas, the problem of soil and water loss is intensified in some areas. However, with economic development and environmental awareness, people are in urgent need of finding suitable ways to improve the ecological environment and prevent water and soil loss. In the past, as part of the project to prevent erosion and sediment alluvion, afforestation has taken place in areas that have been deforested or degraded. Now more slope engineering implementation will be more scientific to meet the needs of the environment, but also to the basin’s eco-economic system to make a positive impact.
