用正交试验分析了诺氟沙星糖衣片在保存期发生裂片的原因，经考察证明其薄膜衣片在溶出度和对湿、热及光的稳定性等方面都有显著改善．
Orthogonal test was used to analyze the reasons for the cracking of norfloxacin sugar - coated tablets during the storage period. The results showed that the film - coated tablets showed significant improvement in dissolution rate and stability to moisture, heat and light.
