新中国成立以来,国内关于西方经济学说的研究,大致经历了两个阶段:(一)从新中国成立到文革结束;(二)从文革结束、开始实施改革开放政策,到今天。第一阶段研究西方经济学说的目的主要是为了帮助学习政治经济学的人了解马列主义经典著作诞生的时代背景,加深对经典著作和政治经济学基本原理的理解。因此,研究对象主要是那些为马克思、列宁等人所肯定的古典经济学家和所否定的庸俗经济学家,而对于这些经济学家的思想,又主要研究其中的价值论、分配论等主要为马列主义经典著作所涉及的领
