要实现公路的可持续发展就要正确地面对公路建设中环境保护的问题,如何面对公路建设产生的环境问题,分析评价公路建设各阶段对环境的作用与影响,采取何种措施减少或杜绝公路环境污染、恢复路域生态损失是当前公路发展一项长期而艰巨的任务。本文在分析环境保护与环境影响评价的基础上,有针对性的提出了环境保护的主要策略。
