我国渐进式制度变革具有一元化的逻辑起点,而在制度改革进程中生成的二元企业制度系统内部存在着持续的关联与互动。现阶段,两个经济制度子系统需要而且能够归并起来的观念必须确立。本文通过构建“制度熵数”来描述企业制度系统的和谐状态,并以此阐释了我国二元企业制度系统的转化趋向。
The gradual system reform in our country has the logical starting point of unitaryization. However, there is a continuous correlation and interaction within the system of the dualistic enterprise system generated in the process of system reform. At this stage, the concepts that the two economic systems need and can be merged with must be established. In this paper, we construct the “entropy of system” to describe the harmonious state of the system of enterprise system, and then explain the transformation tendency of the system of binary enterprise system in our country.
