ＨＣＧ中随ＮＡＮ含量的降低，ＨＣＧ的生物活性迅速下降，以此为基础研究了ＮＡＮ酸性茚三酮法测定ＨＣＧ效价的可行性．结果表明：该法测定的ＨＣＧ效价与免疫效价相比，更接近于生物效价．
With the decrease of NAN content in HCG, the biological activity of HCG decreased rapidly. Based on this, the feasibility of measuring the titer of HCG by NAN acid ninhydrin was studied. The results showed that the HCG titer determined by this method was closer to the biological titer than the immune titer.
