我馆根据局科委的安排,在重庆市图书馆的大力支持下,于1982年3～5月首次举办了“图书管理人员学习班”。学员为局属各医院图书室的图书管理员,参加人数为23人。这次办班的形式,以专题讲座为主,参观、座谈、交流馆室工作的经验为辅。三个月举行了六次讲座,其内容有:(1)图书馆藏书建设;(2)图书分类编目;(3)期刊管理;(4)图书馆的科学管理;(5)情报检索及咨询服务;(6)图书馆网络化及图书馆统计学。
According to the arrangement of Bureau of Science and Technology Commission and with the strong support from Chongqing Municipal Library, our museum held the first “Librarianship Class” from March to May in 1982. The participants are librarians from the hospital library, with 23 participants. The form of this class to thematic lectures, visits, seminars, exchanges, work room experience supplemented. Three lectures were held in three months, which covered: (1) library collection construction; (2) cataloging of books; (3) periodical management; (4) scientific management of libraries; (5) information retrieval and consultation Services; (6) library network and library statistics.
