早餐对于身体健康的重要性大多数人都清楚,但生活工作节奏加快,早餐很容易被一些战友忽视特别是一些年轻人,对早饭的重视程度是远远不够的。因为一天的工作和学习大多集中在上午,需要消耗大量脑力和体力,当然需要提供足够的营养和能量,所以在生活方式上应把早餐放到较为重要的位置。一般情况下,战友们要依靠早餐提供足够的热量和营养来完成从早晨到中午之间三四个小时的工作训练。如果只是短时间内不小吃早餐,还看不出来对身体所造成的影响,如果长时间空腹开始上午的工作和学习,那就会对身体造成伤害了。
