随着我国高等教育发展进程的加快,教育领域综合改革不断深化,地方高等农业院校招生过程中面临着许多新问题,特别是生源波动带来的发展困境越来越严峻。生源状况是影响高等教育质量的重要源头,关系着人才培养的质量,也是各高校工作中关注的重点。客观分析影响生源波动的内外因素,面对新形势下发展战略该如何选择,成为摆在地方高等农业院校面前的重要课题。
With the acceleration of the development of higher education in our country and the deepening of the comprehensive reform in the field of education, many new problems are faced in the process of enrollment of higher agricultural colleges and universities. In particular, the development predicament brought by the fluctuation of students sources is more and more severe. The status of students is an important source of affecting the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training. It is also the focus of attention in the work of colleges and universities. Objective analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the source of student fluctuations, the face of the development strategy under the new situation how to choose, has become placed in the local higher agricultural colleges and universities before an important issue.
