1 临床资料1.1 病例1:患者,男性,43岁,教师,因“左耳后疼痛1天,伴闭目困难”于1999年7月2日来院诊治。患者于6月30日晚开始感左耳后疼痛,第2天起床后左眼不能闭合,刷牙时水从左侧口角流出,吹口哨时漏气(此前一星期连续批改作业、写报告等每天至凌晨1时,且受电扇吹拂)。PE T 36.8℃,HR:846 pm,律齐。无症理性杂音,R 18次/分,BP 17/9.5 kPa,EKG无异常改变,胸片报告正常。专科检查:左眼裂变大,左眼睑不能闭合,皱额、闭目、露齿、鼓气等发生障碍,余无特殊。诊断为:左侧周围
