1、引言近年来,光盘存储技术飞速发展,可写光盘(仅指一次可写光盘,包括CD-R及DVD-R)作为可记录信息载体得到广泛应用。可写光盘信息层由有机染料通过旋涂法制备。可写光盘复制工艺包括模压、旋涂、溅镀、粘接(仅对DVD-R)、涂保护胶等几个部分。其中技术难度最大、对最终质量影响最大的工艺是有机染料溶液在带有螺旋预刻槽的基片上旋涂。染料旋涂工艺涉及到粘性流体动力学、薄膜光学和光谱化学等多学科专业知识。染料在基片上流动受到离心力,科氏力,重力,风剪切力,粘性力,表面张力,溶剂挥发,表面滑移,染料浓度扩散等多种力和作用的影响。本文进行大量离线旋涂实验,研究可写光盘染料旋涂工艺参数。2、染料旋涂工艺参数与光密度曲线模型
1, Introduction In recent years, the rapid development of optical disk storage technology, writable optical discs (only a writeable CD, including CD-R and DVD-R) as a record carrier of information is widely used.
