高校学报是以反映高校教学、科研成果为主的综合性学术理论刊物,是反映高校教学、科研水平高低的窗口,又是推动教学、科研,促进学术建设的工具。高校学报在传递信息,进行学术交流,传播文化科学知识方面有不可低估的作用。在一定意义上说,高校学报是把知识转化为生产力的桥梁,智力开发的工具,是科技成果转化为社会效益、经济效益的手段和媒介。
University journals are comprehensive academic journals that reflect the teaching and scientific research achievements of colleges and universities. They are windows reflecting the level of teaching and research in colleges and universities. They are also tools for promoting teaching, scientific research and academic construction. University journals can not be underestimated in the aspects of transmitting information, conducting academic exchanges and disseminating knowledge of culture and science. In a certain sense, journals of colleges and universities are the means and medium for transforming scientific knowledge into a bridge for productive forces and intellectual development, and a means and medium for transforming scientific and technological achievements into social benefits and economic benefits.
