针对不同国家航班延误评估差异性问题,以航班延误时间为相应变量,建立模糊线性回归模型、RBF、LSSVM、ELM模型等,给定模型选优标准,计算不同国家在相同取值情况下各模型的标准值和标准区间。用各国真实延误值与各模型标准值比较得出结论:在因素取值相似的情况下,中国的航班延误的确要比国外严重,但仍然在合理范围之内,差距并不大。
In view of the difference of flight delay assessment in different countries, this paper establishes the fuzzy linear regression model, RBF, LSSVM and ELM model by taking flight delay time as the corresponding variable. Given the model selection criteria, the models of different countries under the same value are calculated The standard value and the standard range. The comparison between the real delay value of various countries and the standard value of each model concludes that the flight delay in China is indeed more serious than that in other countries when the factors are similar in value, but it is still within the reasonable range and the difference is not large.
