机器制造业在制造新的和修复已磨损的机器零件时广泛采用自动化电弧堆焊。堆焊金属的切削加工性比普通钢的差,这是因为其组织与成份不一,表面硬度不均匀,有孔隙、夹渣和气孔。为了减少堆焊零件机加工的劳动量,提高刀具寿命和降低切削力,顿河岸罗斯托夫铁道运输工程学院研制了圆柱形零件综合机械化堆焊与机加工的工艺和装备(图1)。在该装备上自动堆焊、去除渣壳(埋弧雄焊时)、利用焊接电弧热量铣削和磨削热金属堆焊层均在一个工艺流程内实现。该装备由经改造过的163型车床组成,可以调节主轴转速使零件1在0.5~10转/分范围内旋转,拆去车床的小刀架,在拖板2上装上带
Automating arc welding is widely used by machine builders to make new and repaired worn machine parts.
