油菜收获期,对菜子产量及品质都有影响。收获过早,种子含水量及秕粒多,油菜子的叶绿素含量和游离脂肪酸增加,收获过迟,又会造成落粒损失。一般多按油菜角果及种子成熟程度确定收获期。即以油菜全株或全区植株有70%左右变黄,子粒呈固有色泽为收获标准。这样的标准往往不易掌握,致使收获不及时,造成损失。
