目的了解噪声对纺织企业工人听力的影响,为制定职业病防控措施提供依据。方法依据相关规范标准对某纺织企业进行噪声强度测定,并对接触噪声的189名作业工人进行职业健康检查。结果参加检测的189名工人按照《职业性噪声聋诊断标准》检出1人为中度噪声聋,3人为轻度噪声聋,检出率为分别为0.53%、1.59%。结论该企业应改善工作条件,加强个体防护,并注意做好健康监护工作以保障工人的身心健康。
Objective To understand the impact of noise on the hearing of textile workers and provide evidence for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods The noise intensity of a textile enterprise was determined according to the relevant norms and standards, and 189 occupational noise exposure workers were exposed to occupational health examination. Results One hundred and seventy-eight workers who participated in the test were found to be moderately deaf, and three were mildly deaf. The detection rates were 0.53% and 1.59% respectively, according to the diagnostic criteria for occupational noise and deafness. Conclusion The enterprise should improve working conditions, strengthen individual protection, and pay attention to health monitoring to protect workers’ physical and mental health.
