对涟钢6号高炉炉墙结瘤的处理经验进行了总结。初步分析了炉墙结瘤的原因,认为主要是由于受长期休风、炉料结构、冷却设备、护炉和配矿,以及其他因素的共同影响。6号高炉处理炉墙结瘤的主要经验:①大剂量的集中加焦,是处理严重结瘤的主要手段;②在高炉已严重结瘤的情况下,装料制度调整所起的作用非常有限;③冷却制度的调整,对处理高炉结瘤基本不起作用;④大幅降低料线有利于处理炉瘤,但不一定要降低料线才可发现结瘤的程度;⑤添加萤石和锰矿洗炉,有利于增加渣铁流动性,对处理下部结瘤有明显作用。
