目的：本文分析用彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断的左室舒张功能异常９８例，以了解其诊断价值。方法：以舒张早期快速充盈血流速度（ＶＥ）、舒张晚期心房收缩血流速度（ＶＡ）、二者比值（Ｅ／Ａ）、舒张早期快速充盈减速度（ＥＤＣ）及二尖瓣前叶ＥＦ斜率（ＥＦＶ）为测量参数。结果：Ｅ／Ａ、ＥＤＣ及ＥＦＶ的异常率分别为７５５％、６３３％及７２４％。结论：这些参数是评价左室舒张功能有用的指标，彩色多普勒超声心动图对评价左室舒张功能有重要的价值。
Objective: In this paper, 98 cases of abnormal left ventricular diastolic dysfunction diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography were analyzed in order to understand its diagnostic value. Methods: The early diastolic rapid filling velocity (VE), late diastolic atrial systolic velocity (VA), the ratio of the two (E / A), early diastolic filling velocity (EDC) The slope (EFV) is the measurement parameter. Results: The abnormal rates of E / A, EDC and EFV were 755%, 633% and 724% respectively. Conclusion: These parameters are useful indicators for evaluating left ventricular diastolic function. Color Doppler echocardiography is of great value in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function.
