随着国家对教育事业的重视,随着九年义务教育法的贯彻实施,越来越多的青少年受到了更多的教育,国民素质有了前所未有的提高,教育的基础性决定了它必须实现两全,即:必须面向全体学生,必须全面提高学生的素质。这样一来,以前为便于施教而采用的分快慢班的措施已不适宜,而面对差异甚大的全体学生来用同一教法又不可行,因此我们将面临一个严峻的挑战,教育工作者如何面对一个个体差异十分悬殊的群体进行教育?笔者任教初二年级的数学课,曾就此问题作了一些有益的尝试,现就有关内容与大家共同探讨。
