本研究通过对幼儿园教师专业自觉现状及相关因素分析,发现:在幼儿园教师专业自觉四要素中,“专业自觉行为”平均数最低,“专业自觉认知”、“专业自觉动机”、“专业自觉情感”间有着比较高的正相关,且相关性显著,而与“专业自觉行为”间关系都不密切,相关性不显著。需关注园内专业引领、人际关系作用的适度发挥。职称、专业发展水平、性格这3个因素对教师专业自觉有显著的预测作用,是影响幼儿园教师专业自觉的最主要因素。
Through the analysis of kindergarten teachers ’professional status quo and related factors, this study found that among the four elements of kindergarten teachers’ professional self-consciousness, the average number of “professional self-conscious behaviors” is the lowest, “professional self-awareness” and “ ”, “ Professional conscious feelings ”has a relatively high positive correlation, and the correlation is significant, but not with “ professional conscious behavior ”between the relationship is not significant, the correlation is not significant. Should pay attention to the professional guidance in the park, the proper play of the role of human relations. Professional titles, professional development, personality, these three factors have a significant predictive effect on teachers ’professional awareness, which is the most important factor that affects kindergarten teachers’ professional self-awareness.
