我国是考试大国,考试涉及人多、面广、影响大,与每个人的切身利益密切相关。考试制度已不是简单意义上的一般社会活动,更承载着保障公民受教育权和发展权更加公平公正的重要任务。然而在实际考试过程中,却出现了一些诸如泄露试题内容之类的不和谐音符,使考试制度的公信力大大下降。本文中试就我国近期出现的一系列教育系统泄露国家秘密的案件进行分析研究,提出对策。
Our country is a great country for examination. The exam covers a large number of people and has a wide range of influences. It is closely related to the vital interests of everyone. The examination system is no longer a general social activity in the simple sense but also carries an important task of safeguarding citizens’ right to education and development more equitable and just. However, during the actual examinations, some discordant notes such as the contents of the leaking questions appeared, which greatly reduced the credibility of the examination system. This paper attempts to analyze and study a series of cases in which the recent education system in our country leaked state secrets and put forward countermeasures.
