Objective: To understand the incidence of adverse drug reaction (ADR) caused by antibacterial drugs in our hospital and provide references for clinical safety medication. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 401 cases of ADR reported in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was conducted. Results: A total of 401 antimicrobial agents were involved in 401 ADRs, of which quinolones caused the most ADR (25.94%), followed by cephalosporins (24.69%). ADR caused by intravenous infusion was the most common 78.05%). The clinical manifestations of ADR were the most damage to the skin and its appendages (49.27%). Conclusion: The ADR monitoring of antibacterials should be strengthened to ensure the safety of patients.
