研究了电弧喷涂制模技术中铝涂层、锌涂层、铝锌伪合金涂层的力学性能行为及其机理.结果表明:由于电弧喷涂涂层的层状组织结构特点,使电弧喷涂层表现出各向异性的力学特征,同原始材料相比,发生脆性断裂的倾向增大,其中铅锌伪合金涂层的力学性能更接近于铝涂层,具有较高的抗拉、抗压强度.
The mechanical behavior and mechanism of aluminum coating, zinc coating and aluminum-zinc pseudo-alloy coating in arc spraying process were studied.The results show that the performance of arc spraying coating due to the layered structure of arc spraying coating Compared with the original material, the tendency of brittle fracture increases. The mechanical properties of the lead-zinc pseudo-alloy coating are closer to that of the aluminum coating and have higher tensile strength and compressive strength.
