基于在弱酸介质中,铬(Ⅵ)催化过氧化氢氧化酸性品红的反应,建立了动力学分光光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法。本法的检出限为5.7×10~(-9)g/ml,线性范围为0~160ng/ml。可用于电镀废水和电镀排放水中铬(Ⅵ)的测定。
A new method for the determination of trace chromium (Ⅵ) by kinetic spectrophotometry was established based on the reaction of chromium (Ⅵ) catalyzing the reaction of acidic fuchsin with hydrogen peroxide in a weak acid medium. The detection limit of this method is 5.7 × 10 ~ (-9) g / ml, the linear range of 0 ~ 160ng / ml. It can be used for the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater and electroplating discharge water.
