[目的]了解江苏省常州、无锡、苏州三城市的急性农药中毒发生和死亡现状,为防制农药中毒提供科学依据。[方法]根据“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”中提供的2006—2014年间常州、无锡、苏州三城市急性农药中毒上报数据,分析急性农药中毒的发生和死亡规律。[结果]2006—2014年常州、无锡、苏州三城市共报告急性农药中毒4 790例,死亡316例,病死率6.6%。其中,生产性农药中毒报告714例,占14.1%,死亡7例,病死率0.98%,男女性别比1.62∶1,年龄(52.55±14.35)岁,主要在35~70岁,第三季度发病率最高,有机磷杀虫剂中毒为主(510例,占71.4%);非生产性农药中毒报告4 076例,占85.9%,死亡309例,病死率7.9%,男女性别比0.7∶1,年龄(43.23±23.75)岁,主要在18~58岁,占68.2%,无明显的季节性,以有机磷杀虫剂为主,占非生产性农药中毒的80.99%。[结论]三城市急性农药中毒以非生产性为主,生产性农药中毒比例较低,有关部门应该加强对农药生产及使用的安全管理和控制。
[Objective] To understand the status of acute pesticide poisoning and death in the three cities of Changzhou, Wuxi and Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, and provide a scientific basis for preventing pesticide poisoning. [Methods] According to the reported data of acute pesticide poisoning in Changzhou, Wuxi and Suzhou cities from 2006 to 2014 provided in China Disease Prevention and Control Information System, the occurrence and mortality of acute pesticide poisoning were analyzed. [Results] A total of 4 790 cases of acute pesticide poisoning were reported in Changzhou, Wuxi and Suzhou cities from 2006 to 2014, with 316 deaths and a case fatality rate of 6.6%. Among them, 714 cases of productive pesticide poisoning were reported, accounting for 14.1%, 7 died, the case fatality rate was 0.98%, the male to female ratio was 1.62:1, the age was (52.55 ± 14.35) years old, mainly in 35 to 70 years old. The incidence rate in the third quarter (510 cases, accounting for 71.4%). Non-productive pesticide poisoning was reported in 4 076 cases (85.9%), with 309 deaths and a case fatality rate of 7.9%. The odds ratio of male to female was 0.7:1 (43.23 ± 23.75) years old, mainly between 18 and 58 years old, accounting for 68.2% of the total. There was no obvious seasonality. The main organophosphate insecticides accounted for 80.99% of non-productive pesticide poisoning. [Conclusion] The acute pesticide poisoning in the three cities is mainly non-productive and the proportion of productive pesticide poisoning is low. Relevant departments should strengthen the safety management and control of pesticide production and use.
