航空维修是组成航空兵战斗力的基本要素之一,维修效率的高低直接影响到航空维修任务的完成,因而有必要对其进行科学评估。本文在构建航空维修机组工作效率评估指标体系的基础上,通过数据包络分析法对航空维修机组工作效率进行了综合评估。从评估结果看出,各维修机组工作效率呈不均衡态势,为装备部门进行维修资源的配置与优化提供了决策依据。
Aviation maintenance is one of the basic elements that make up aviation combat effectiveness. The maintenance efficiency directly affects the completion of aviation maintenance tasks, so it is necessary to conduct scientific assessment. Based on the construction of the evaluation index system of aviation maintenance crew work efficiency, this paper comprehensively evaluates the working efficiency of aviation maintenance crew by data envelopment analysis. Judging from the assessment results, the working efficiency of each maintenance unit is in an unbalanced situation, which provides a basis for decision-making on the allocation and optimization of maintenance resources in the equipment department.
