价值管理,从上个世纪提出以来,已经从最初的工程应用已经拓展到企业管理、行政分析等很多领域。作为一种科学的管理方法,它在一定程度上体现了企业管理的意义——企业存在的实质就是要不断创造价值。价值管理对企业的好处,在于能够传承落实公司的远景,更能设定企业员工守则、工作信条等方法,在组织内部进行各种层面的沟通,凝聚组织、团体、团队与个人的目标成为共同信念,以增加组织成员的生活品质滿意度,最终做好顾客服务,持续组织的竞争力和获得可长可久的事业成功。
