花样游泳项目的运动员培养是一个长期而又复杂的过程。由于这个项目本身属于成才周期较晚的项目,要培养一个优秀的花样游泳运动员至少需要十年以上,与其它一些项目相比,其成材周期较长。如果一个国家在省市运动员的输送方面出现了问题,那么它的补给将是一个很漫长的过程,这必然会持续影响整个花样游泳运动。因此,花样游泳各省市运动员的数量和质量在一定程度上决定着高水平运动人才的质量和数量,进而决定一个国家的花样游泳运动水平,只有抓好各省市运动员的培养才能维持这个项目的可持续发展。在此研究江苏省花样游泳队开展存在的问题以及解决问题的对策,以便更好的发展江苏省的花样游泳,为国家输入高水平人才提供后备力量。
