今天本报发布了「江西省人民政府春耕生产动员令」。这个动员会的内容和精神,是要求我们全体干部与全省人民,充分认识今年爱国增产的重大意义。要求我们紧急动员起来,为开展一个普遍高涨的爱国增产运动而斗争。并提出了为实现这一生产任务的明确方针与办法。这无疑是当前一个十分重要、十分适合时宜的行动号召。我省今年的生产运动,是在全省经过抗美援朝、镇压反革命运动,特别是全省已基本完成土地改革的情况下进行的。因此,从封建压迫下解放出来的广大农民,不但有了较高的阶级觉悟和爱国热情,而且有强烈的劳动致富的愿望。广大农村已出现了新的面貌。毛主席的「增加生产,厉行节约,以支持中国人民志愿军」的伟大号召,已为全省广大农民群众所热烈拥护和实际行动。这些都是我们今年发展生产极有利的条件。

Chairman Mao’s “great efforts to increase production, exercise economy and support the Chinese People’s Volunteers” have been warmly supported and pragmented by the vast peasant masses in the province. These are all very favorable conditions for our development and production this year.
