循环免疫复合物(CIC)是引起流行性出血热(EHF)发病的重要因素之一。EHF患者CIC的增高是否与红细胞免疫系统的变化有关,值得研究。我们采用郭峰建立的红细胞SPA混合花环试验和红细胞免疫调节因子测定的方法,检测了EHF病人、隐性感染者的红细胞免疫系统的变化,其结果报道如下。
Cyclic immune complex (CIC) is one of the important factors that cause epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). EHF patients with increased CIC and erythrocyte immune system is related to changes worth to study. We use Guo Feng established hybrid erythrocyte rosette test and erythrocyte immunomodulatory factor assay method to detect EHF patients, latent infection of red blood cell immune system changes, the results reported below.
