目的 初步探讨在面神经麻痹患者恢复期出现瞬目反射 (BR)对侧的R1 电位的产生机制及临床意义。方法 对 4例患侧刺激 ,健侧出现R1 波的面神经麻痹病人进行详细BR检查 ,测定各自潜伏时及波幅 ,并与健侧相比。结果 患侧刺激健侧记录所得R1 波与健侧刺激同侧记录所得R1 波相比 ,潜伏期差别不大 (P >0 .0 5) ,而波幅却显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 推测面神经和三叉神经之间存在一些小的线路 ,只有面神经病损后一定时期才起作用 ,且可能参与了面神经修复的代偿机制
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism and clinical significance of the R1 potential opposite to the blinking (BR) in patients with facial palsy during convalescence. Methods Four cases of facial nerve paralysis with ipsilateral and contralateral R1 were examined in detail BR, and their latency and amplitude were measured and compared with contralateral side. Results Compared with the R1 wave recorded on the ipsilateral side of the contralateral stimulus, the latency of the R1 wave on the contralateral side of the ipsilateral stimulus was not significantly different (P> 0.05), but the amplitude was significantly lower (P <0.01) . Conclusions It is speculated that there are some small circuits between the facial nerve and the trigeminal nerve, and only after a certain period of facial nerve injury has a role, and may be involved in the compensatory mechanism of facial nerve repair
