我国从美国通用电气公司(GE)引进的ND_5型电传动内燃机车,采用了较为先进的电子恒功率励磁控制系统,通常简称为CHEC系统。在目前ND_5机车上使用的17FL246E1型CHEC系统,共采用了50只9种型号的晶体三极管作为放大及开关元件。当这些元件发生损坏时,目前完全依赖进口备件进行维修代换。从保证机车可靠运用,降低维修成本及节约外汇考虑,本文对使用国产晶体三极管,在维修中代换CHEC系统中的原装管的措施,进行了分析。
China imported from the United States General Electric Company (GE) ND_5 electric transmission diesel locomotive, using a more advanced electronic constant power excitation control system, commonly referred to as the CHEC system. At present, the 17FL246E1 CHEC system used on the ND_5 locomotive has totally adopted 50 types of 9 types of transistor as the amplifying and switching elements. When these components are damaged, the current dependence on imported spare parts for maintenance substitution. In order to ensure the reliable operation of locomotives, reduce maintenance costs and save foreign exchange, this paper analyzes the measures of using domestically made transistors and replacing original tubes in the CHEC system during maintenance.
