目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与脂质过氧化之间的关系。方法检测OSAHS患者血浆丙二醛(MDA)水平,并与正常对照组比较,将检测结果与睡眠呼吸监测指标进行相关性分析。结果 OSAHS组血浆MDA水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),并且MDA升高程度与反映OSAHS病情严重程度的指标有相关性。结论 OSAHS患者体内脂质过氧化反应是增强的,它与OSAHS及其并发症的发生密切相关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and lipid peroxidation. Methods Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in patients with OSAHS were measured and compared with those of the normal control group. The correlation between the results and sleep-respiration monitoring was analyzed. Results The level of plasma MDA in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01), and the level of MDA correlated with the severity of OSAHS. Conclusion The lipid peroxidation in OSAHS patients is enhanced, which is closely related to the occurrence of OSAHS and its complications.
