质量是企业的生命,没有质量就没有市场。近几年来,我们远东监理公司以质量求信誉,以质量求生存,以质量求发展。公司的信任度与日俱增,所监理的工程项目也频频获奖,公司呈现出“做好一项工程,赢得一片市场”的大好局面。目前,上海市共有监理单位近300家,但多数单位业务不足,我们公司认识到要在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,必须要把监理质量和服务质量放在监理工作的首要位置。如何抓好监理质量和服务质量,公司除了严格按照国家的法律法规和合同文本对工程的质量、进度、投资进行控制外,还采取了其他一些相应的措施:一是定期召开总监工作会议,重点就是让各项项目总监就如何抓好监理质量、服务质量、争取信誉拓展市场等问题进行研讨。二是率先在一些重大工程项目书面征询设计单位、施工单位和业主对我监理工作质量的意见。三是召开业主（用户）座谈会,征询对我监理工作的意见和建议。四是听取质监站等权威部门的意见和建议。五是通过开展ISO9000-2000的贯标认证工作,进一步规范公司的质量管理。通过这些措施,公司及时将
