在美国暗地里的鼓动和操纵下,由菲律宾阿基诺三世前政府单方面提起的南海仲裁案,不顾中方强烈反对以及国际社会的强烈质疑,于当地时间7月12日在位于荷兰海牙的南海仲裁案仲裁庭发布了所谓裁决。对于这一开了滥用国际法先河的仲裁案,中方郑重声明:不接受、不参与、不承认、不执行。仲裁庭这种置《联合国海洋法公约》基本原则和国际政治常识于不顾,一切唯美国意愿是从的荒唐仲裁结果,充其量就是一页废纸。但是,就是这一页废纸却进一步增加了南海问题的复杂化、国际化、无序化和矛盾化。因为,这一页废纸也是美国在无法遏制中国快速崛起的脚步时,于无奈之中抓住在南海与中国存在海
