随着商品经济的迅速发展,不断给企业生产经营活动提出新的内容和要求,特别是在商品经济竞争日益加剧的今天,企业形象如何,直接或间接地给企业内部和企业外部留下相应的印象和评价。良好的企业形象能让社会公众从心理上产生认同感,使企业在社会商品经济的竞争中立于不败之地。邮电通信企业虽然是一个经营邮电通信业务的国穿家断性行业,但近年来,随着改革、开放、搞活的深入,许多业务(如包件、储蓄、报刊等)和技术(如无线电、电子计算机软件开发等)也面临或正在与其他部门进行着竞争,而且同样存在着部门内部的竞争。如何树立邮电企业形象,在商品经济竞争中占居重要地位,已经自觉不自觉地摆到了每一个管理者面前。本文试图就邮电企业形象问题作些论述。
