早老年病人常伴有多器官系统的损害及高粘滞高脂血症。我院血栓科近二年来对三例早老年糖尿病人试用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗,现报告如下:例1,男性,78岁,糖尿病史6年,长期服降糖药,盲目控制饮食,且伴有记忆力减退,智力下降,近三年开始不认识熟人,认不清子女的姓名,定向力计算力均差。不能言语,呼之不应,烦躁伴右上下肢功能障碍三小时来院就诊。入院查:肥胖体型,浅昏迷,BP 17/12 kpa,双瞳孔等园等大,对光反射迟纯,右侧鼻唇沟变浅,口角向左偏歪,双下肢肌张力增强,右巴氏征阳性,颈部有轻度抵抗,WBC5.1 × 10~9/L,N0.71 L0.29,按“脑血管意外”治疗.12小时后病人清醒呼之能应,后逐查EKG大致正常,甲襞微循环
