行 YAG 激光瞳孔成形术45例,其中瞳孔上移和先天性瞳孔残膜有效率达100%,虹膜粘连有效率达69%,瞳孔膜闭有效率达50%。视力为0.01～0.05者由术前的49%降至后术的22%。
Line YAG laser pupil angioplasty in 45 cases, including pupil up and congenital pupil residual membrane effective rate of 100%, effective rate of iris adhesion was 69%, pupil membrane closure efficiency of 50%. Visual acuity of 0.01 ~ 0.05 decreased from 49% before surgery to 22% after surgery.
