农村建房的随意性很大，有些关键技术处理得不合理，比如：外墙厚度过薄，屋面保温层过薄，外门窗洞口过大等。这些是住宅热量散失多、能耗高的病因，严重影响了住宅的使用功能，必须予以解决．
There is a great deal of randomness in the construction of rural areas. Some of the key technologies are not handled properly. For example, the thickness of the external walls is too thin, the thermal insulation of the roofs is too thin, and the openings of external doors and windows are too large. These are the causes of residential heat loss and high energy consumption, seriously affecting the residential functions and must be resolved.
