目的:对药剂科在医院合理使用抗菌药物中的影响进行分析。方法:随机抽取我院2015年3月~2016年3月100例患者病历作为本次研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,药剂科对观察组抗菌药物的使用予以干预,对照组不予以干预,对两组患者的抗菌药物使用情况进行分析研究。结果:观察组患者使用抗菌药物的费用比对照组低,住院期间使用的抗菌药物数量以及平均给药天数也比对照组少,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组干预后抗菌药物不合理使用情况有所改善,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学价值。结论:加强抗菌药物的管理,充分发挥出药剂科的作用,其对于合理使用抗菌药物具有重要影响。
Objective: To analyze the influence of pharmacy in rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals. Methods: A total of 100 patient records from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.
