对 4 种质控考核菌株进行了细菌学鉴定,根据生物学培养,生化试验,血清学试验,噬菌体裂解试验确定:(1)9401:肠杆菌科,志贺氏菌属, D群宋内氏志贺氏菌;噬菌体裂解模式为 Sh, E。(2)97003 H2 S 阳性:肠杆菌科,沙门氏菌属,乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌;抗原结构式 O1,4,5,12 ∶ Hb:1,2 ;噬菌体裂式为 O— I裂解。(3)97003 H2 S阴性:肠杆菌科,埃希氏菌属,肠道出血性大肠埃希氏菌( E H E C);抗原结构式 O157∶ H7;噬菌体裂解模式为 Sh, E, E4。(4)97004:弧菌科,弧菌属,拟态弧菌。有无丰富的专业知识,在质控考核中的顺利程度会有明显的差别;要依照国标食品卫生检验方法中微生物学部分和何晓青主编《卫生防疫细菌检验》制定检验程序和实验方法;虚心向有经验的同志求教;大胆尝试先进的细菌学鉴定技术;在实验中一定要认真,耐心。
